This year new appointments have been kept to the: minimum necessary. The following appointments will become effective on July 5, 2005.

Rev. Bernard de Margerie………Granted six: months sabbatical beginning in July.

 B) Of Note: 

1.  Rev. Brad Bodnarchuk: Granted a year of leave of absence from the diocese to offer counselling  services at Christian Renewal Center in Houston, Texas.

 2. Sister Felicitas Drobig, OSU: Resigning as Parish Life Director of Kerrobert.  Will be pursuing studies in Art Therapy. We express our appreciation for her ministry and wish her the best in the future. 

3. Rev. Hans Eibish: Granted a year leave of absence for vocation discernment. We offer           the assurance of our prayerful support.

4. Rev. Francis Geta1do: A warm welcome to Fr. Francis who comes to us from the diocese of Keta-Akats in Ghana, West Africa. He will be with us for a period of three years having accepted to give us pastoral help while studying towards a Masters degree in Educational Psychology. 

5. Rev. Mirek Misiura: Granted permission to transfer to the Archdiocese of  Toronto.

 I wish to extend my thanks to all who have accepted to serve in new appointments.

 I also wish to thank Fr. Albert Ulrich, OMI and Fr. Ron Zimmer. OMI who have provided sacramental services to Kerrobert l Major and Allan, Colonsay/ Viscount respectively.

 As well I wish to thank the Benedictine community for providing sacramental services to Rose Va11ey/Kelvington/Lintlaw over the last few months.

 To all the priests and Parish Life Directors serving our diocesan Church, may God bless you abundantly as you continue your ministry with dedication and self-sacrifice.
